This is the 16th CDLX Report on current CDLX offers, advertisers, and observations, with today’s report containing data as of 12.3.2023.

Since the last report on 11.27.2023, there have been:

• New advertisers and more advertisers returning to the channel (includes a larger advertiser with large cash back and a very large minimum spend)

• New observations (all related to Chase)

• Changes in offer counts and trends

• More redemptions

• New job listings and filled jobs (including ones focused on growth)

• New business division (matches Q3 call)
